A painting by the famous Ukiyoe painter Katsushika Hokusai (1760-1849) himself, when he was eighty years old. This mysterious scene recently explained to be a depiction of Kikkoden (Festival of arts) is novel work accompanied by the spirituality of Hokusai who leaned various painting styles.
