次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(7)入札方法 落札者の決定に当っては、入札書に記載された当該金額の100分の10に相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円
　　　　　　未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てた金額)をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び
　　　　　　地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約希望額の110分の100に相当す
　　　　　　る金額を入札書に記載すること。
2 電子調達システムの利用
 本案件は、電子調達システム対象調達案件である。
 なお、当該システムにより難い者は、発注者に書面により申出の上、紙入札方式によることができる。
3 競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。ただし、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締
 結のために必要な同意を得ている者については、この限りではない。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3)令和4･5･6年度、内閣府競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)「役務の提供等」のA、B又はCの等級に格付けされている者であるこ
 と。
(4)当庁における物品製造契約等に係る指名停止等措置要領に基づく指名停止を受けている期間中でないこと。
(5)入札説明書の交付を受けた者であること。 
(6)本公告の物品を保守できる能力を有することを証明できる者であること。

(6)落札者の決定方法:予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づいて定めた予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な
　　　　　　　　　　入札を行った者を落札者とする。

(8)皇居参入に際しては、事前に担当係(4に同じ)に連絡をすること。
 なお、当庁への出入門は、徒歩の場合は坂下門とし、車両の場合は桔梗門又は乾門とする。いずれも皇居入門手続があるの
 で、時間に留意すること。

(5)Delivery place: The place specified by the Contracting entity.
(6)Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the 
 proposed tender are those who shall:
 ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, 
  minors, Person under Conservator ship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for 
  concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
 ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
 ③Have Grade A ,B or C “offer of services” in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by 
  Cabinet Office(standardized  qualification for every ministry and agency) and have been informed and nominated 
  on participating in tenders in the fiscal years, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
 ④Not be suspended from tenders by Imperial Household Agency.
