次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(2) 借入件名及び数量 水中トレッドミル装置の借入 一式

(6) 入札方法 入札金額は，１ヶ月あたりの借入金額を記入すること。入札書に記載された金額に
当該金額の５パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額をもって落札価格とするので，
入札者は，消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問
わず，見積もった契約金額の 105 分の 100 に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
２ 電子入札・開札システムの利用
本案件は，電子入札・開札システム対象調達案件である。なお，当該システムによりがたい者は，
発注者に書面により申し出のうえ，紙入札方式によることができる。
３ 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第７０条の規定に該当しない者であること。但し，未成年者，被保佐人又は
被補助人であって，契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者については，この限りではない。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第 71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3) 平成 19・ 20・ 21年度，内閣府競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）「役務の提供等」のＡ又はＢの等級に
格付けされ関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
(4) 宮内庁における物品等の契約に係る指名停止等措置要領に基づく指名停止を受けている期間中でないこと。

or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for
concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons
within the said clause
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget,
Auditing and Accounting
③ have Grade A or B “offer of services”in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in terms
of thequalification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office(standardized
qualification for every Ministry and Agency) in the fiscal years, 2007, 2008
and 2009.
