次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

（６） 入札方法 落札決定に当たっては，入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の５パーセントに相当する額を
加算した金額（当該金額に１円未満の端数があるときは，その端数金額を切り捨てるものとす
る。）をもって落札価格とするので，入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であ
るか免税事業者であるかを問わず，見積もった契約金額の105分の100に相当する金額を入札書
に記載すること。
２ 競争参加資格
（１） 予算決算及び会計令第７０条の規定に該当しない者であること。但し，未成年者，被保佐人又は被補助
人であって，契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者については，この限りではない。
（２） 予算決算及び会計令第７１条の規定に該当しない者であること。
（３） 平成１６・１７・１８年度内閣府競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）の「物品の販売」においてＡ，Ｂ又
はＣの等級に格付けされ，近畿地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
（４） 宮内庁における物品等の契約に係る指名停止等措置要領に基づく指名停止を受けている期間中でないこと。
（５） 入札説明書の交付を受け，入札説明会に参加した者であること。

価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。

reasons within the said clause
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
③ have Grade A, B or C“Sale of product”in terms of the qualification for participating in
tenders by Cabinet Office(qualification forevery ministry and agency) in the fiscal years,
