Because of the recovery of His Majesty the Emperor from an illness (February 17th - April 10th, 2012), His Imperial Highness the Crown Prince attended the Ceremony of Appointment of 7 Officials with Imperial Attestation, in the capacity of the temporary delegate for the acts in matters of state.
